Organic Instant Millet Baby Porridge

Biodynamic and Organic Product. Quick and easy preparation without cooking. Can be fed through a bottle or as a porridge in combination with fresh milk or as a non-dairy fruit or vegetable meal. The high iron content is excellent for parents choosing a vegetarian lifestyle for their children. Our Millet Organic Porridge is sugar free and contains no dairy. 250g.

Millet has a better balance of vitamins and minerals than wheat, barley, oats, rice, or rye and is gluten free.

Millet contains incredible amounts of iron, B vitamins, complex protein, amino acids, phosphorus and potassium.

It is a soothing and healing grain, and similar to spelt, it has stool loosing properties. Millet is easily digestible and has the right amount of fibre for a baby’s digestive tract.

People who have always been allergic to grains are finding that millet is proving to be an exception, as few people are allergic to it.

Ingredients:
Organic full grain millet flour, vitamin B1 according to legislation

Production:
The whole grain is prepared into a light, easily digestible and baby-friendly food. The full goodness of the grain is released with heat and moisture into the cereal and is therefore ideal for the development and growth of a baby. Through the use of the whole grain kernel, the natural contents and nutrients of the grain and seedling are retained.

Demeter millet from organic, bio-dynamic farming.

As an infant's age and growth increases, so do their nutritional requirements. The exclusive diet of breastfeeding or formula 1 from birth onwards, does not satisfy an infant's increasing hunger. The gradual feeding of a so called supplementary food phase begins predominantly as of the 6th month and continues through to the beginning of the second year with food which is eaten by the family. Because every child develops individually and becomes ready to acquire a liking to certain meals at an early age, differences in overall diet plans are completely normal.

The individual behavour of a baby influences their energy requirements and therefore influences their desired meal servings. Lively children need more energy than passive babies and therefore require more frequent and larger meal servings. The Holle food plan has been designed according to guidelines given by the Nutritional Research Institute for Children in Dortmund, Germany and should act as a support for the nutrition of your child.
